Guarantee:
1) We carefully select only high quality products that we believe you will love. In case you don't, all items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, for credit (to your credit card) or exchange, on the cost of the merchandise. Items must be returned unused, in original condition.

2) We guarantee to ship your order no later than the next business day after you place the order. If we don't, we will refund you the freight charge on your order. This guarantee applies only to orders placed with credit cards which have the correct credit card billing address, and does not apply if we have to contact you for information that is missing from your order. International orders ship only Tues-Fri.

Usually, all orders received by 2pm Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will ship Monday. In the very unlikely event that an item you order is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours via telephone or email

Payments
You may pay for your order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as by check, money order or wire transfer. We also accept PayPal. Orders may be placed through our web site, or by phone at 415.572.4572

Shipping:
All orders will ship within 1 business day.
Free Shipping We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100, but you must choose Ground as the shipping option to get free shipping.

Unfortunately, the dramatic rise in the cost of fuel has had a major impact on shipping prices. We charge the lowest rates we can, and do not add handling charges, but shipping charges vary dramatically, depending on the service you choose. Currently, the USPS has the best rates and delivery times for packages under 4 pounds. Heavier packages are best sent (Fedex) Ground for the best rates. We recommend you try different shipping options to find the price and time that will work best for you.

USPS Priority Mail($4.60-$16.00+) - This service is usually the best choice for packages under 4 pounds, or heavier packages needed in a hurry. Most Priority Mail packages will arrive in 2 or 3 days, but this time is not guaranteed, and there are no refunds for late deliveries. Still. it is almost always quicker than Ground, and always cheaper than FedEx 2 Day.

Ground($6.95-$12.95) - This service will take from 1-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Delivery will usually be by Fedex Ground, although we may substitute USPS Priority Mail if we believe it will give you better service. Ground service is FREE on orders over $100. If you DO NOT want us to use USPS Priority Mail, please indicate that in the notes when you check out.

Fedex 2 Day($15.25-41.95) - This is a guaranteed* 2 day delivery service within the US only, however, Fedex does not count weekend days or holidays in their commitments. Thursday shipments will arrive on Monday, and Friday shipments will arrive on Tuesday. Orders must be placed before 2pm PST for same-day shipment.

Fedex Overnight ($31.25-63.95) - This is a guaranteed* 1 day delivery service within the US only, however, Fedex does not count holidays or weekend days in their commitments. Friday shipments will arrive on Monday.

First Class International($6.00-$35.00+) - Please choose this option if shipping to a country other than the US and its territories (ie, if you do not have a 5 digit US zip code), and your order is under 4 pounds. Do not use this service for orders over 4 pounds, or your shipping rate will be much higher. This service is currently running 7-14 days, however, delivery date is NOT guaranteed. While most orders arrive within 1 week, on occasion it can take 2-4 weeks for shipments to arrive, if they are held in customs. Please note that shipping charges DO NOT include any duty or tax charges, which may be charged to you when your package arrives.

Priority International($6.00-$150.00+) - Please choose this option if shipping to a country other than the US and its territories (ie, if you do not have a 5 digit US zip code), and your order is over 4 pounds. This service is currently running 7-14 days, however, delivery date is NOT guaranteed. While most orders arrive within 1 week, on occasion it can take 2-4 weeks for shipments to arrive, if they are held in customs. Please note that shipping charges DO NOT include any duty or tax charges, which may be charged to you when your package arrives.

*FedEx guaranteed service is a guarantee only to refund the shipping cost if the shipment does not arrive by the specified day. This guarantee does not apply if the shipment is delayed by adverse weather (snow, hurricanes, etc). If your shipment is late, contact us and we will in most cases be able to refund your shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that your order will not be able to ship within 24 hours, we will immediately contacted you by telephone or email.

Placing Orders:
It is quickest and most efficient for you to place your order with our secure shopping cart. Exchange and Return Policy:
You may exchange or return items purchased from our store within 30 days, as long as they are in unused condition. Please see our full return policy for more details, including our holiday return policy.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every online transaction you make with us will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00.
